Farm products

What the farm has, week by week.

Eggs collected by hand, poultry raised on our own feed, and what comes with keeping a farm running. Availability shifts with the flock, so the fastest way to know what we have today is to ask.

  1. Farm-fresh eggs

The everyday egg, collected by hand each morning.

Brown, cream and freckled tan shells from our laying flock, sorted and packed the same day they are collected. Available by the dozen in cartons, or by the tray for households and kitchens that go through a lot of them.

  2. Speciality coloured eggs

Pale blue-green shells, from the araucana birds in the flock.

The blue-green eggs come from specific birds in our flock and are laid in smaller numbers, so they move in and out of availability. Mixed trays — blue-green beside deep brown and cream — are the ones chefs tend to ask for.

  3. Chicken, whole and by the cut

Whole birds, breast, leg and thigh, wings — and stewing hens.

Raised on the same farm and the same feed as the laying flock. Everything is vacuum-sealed and frozen the same day it is processed, so what reaches your kitchen is exactly as fresh as the day it left ours. New product every week.

  4. Chicken broth

Slow-cooked for eight hours, by the litre.

Made on the farm from our own birds and simmered for eight hours — the kind of stock that sets solid in the fridge. Sold by the litre, and it goes quickly.

  5. Farm-milled poultry feed

The same feed our own birds eat, in 25 kg sacks.

We formulate and pellet our feed on the farm from corn, wheat bran, soybean meal and scratch grains, with ginger, turmeric, garlic, onion and oregano. No hormones, no artificial preservatives. Sold to smallholders and properties keeping their own birds.

  6. Composted chicken manure

What the farm gives back to the soil.

Composted on site under controlled fermentation and bagged ready to use — a nitrogen-rich soil conditioner for vegetable beds, fruit trees and ornamentals. Sold by the bag with a minimum order.

Ordering

How it works.

  1. Tell us what you need

Message the farm on WhatsApp with what you are after and roughly how much. We answer there first.

  2. We confirm what we have

We reply with what is actually available that week and the current price. We do not publish a fixed price list, because the flock does not work that way.

  3. Pick up or have it delivered

Collect at the farm any day between 9am and 5pm, or take a delivery — we run a delivery route across Los Cabos every Tuesday. Regular customers and kitchens usually move to a standing weekly order.
